Astor Enerji Signs $768.9M Transformer Supply Deals with U.S. Companies
Astor Enerji has secured supply agreements worth approximately $768.9 million with multiple U.S.-based companies, the Turkish energy equipment manufacturer announced on Wednesday.
The contracts cover the production and delivery of power transformers with capacities ranging from 60 MVA to 300 MVA. Shipments are scheduled to begin in 2026 and continue through the third quarter of 2028, reflecting a multi-year execution timeline.
The total value of the agreements is equivalent to roughly 96% of Astor Enerji’s 2025 revenue, underscoring the scale and financial significance of the deal. Following the announcement, the company’s shares rose about 9% on Borsa Istanbul.
Board member Olcay Dogan stated that the company’s total U.S. orders have reached approximately $1.1 billion. He added that Astor Enerji’s 2026 production capacity is fully booked, with deliveries for the new contracts expected primarily in 2027 and 2028.
The company indicated that growing demand for power infrastructure, particularly linked to data centers and artificial intelligence (AI) investments in the United States, is contributing to increased order volumes.
