In December 2025, the company was acquired by TAT Holding AG, a Swiss company controlled by 3B Holding — the industrial holding company of the Bertelli family, now in its third generation and approaching its 70th anniversary in 2027. Today, the Group is led by the second generation of the Bertelli family, supported for more than a decade by the third generation, already actively involved in the company’s activities and bringing fresh energy and perspectives for the Group’s future development.
