Entergy and IEEE to Host the 2022 PES T&D Conference and Exhibition


The pace of innovation and new policy developments were already driving rapid change within the power and energy industry. That pace has only increased with recent pandemic and climate-related disruptions, on top of key issues around electrification of infrastructure, the integration and operation of renewables, and the impact of broadband and big data on energy outcomes.
As the largest gathering of T&D professionals, the IEEE Power and Energy Society’s T&D Conference and Exposition is more critical than ever for energy professionals to access the latest research and technologies that will shape the future design and management of a reliable, resilient grid.
The bi-annual event attracts energy executives, practitioners, academics, industry professionals, and policy makers from around the world to take part as attendees, speakers, and exhibitors. Delegates can browse the latest technologies and access hands-on demonstrations, uncover cutting-edge research, as well as connect with a diverse group of attendees through numerous networking opportunities.
Registration for the 2022 event in New Orleans opens January 17 for IEEE members and January 31 for non-members.

In addition to the IEEE Power & Energy Society, each event is supported and planned by volunteers from the industry, including leadership from a local Host Utility, which helps ensure insights and solutions delivered to attendees are relevant and impactful to their day-to-day work.
Entergy New Orleans will serve as the Host Utility for 2022, helping to produce an exceptional lineup of learning opportunities and experiences that offer value to professionals at every stage of their career.
