RESA Power Expands Florida Operations with MP Predictive Technologies Acquisition

RESA Power, LLC, a leading provider of power systems services and electrical testing, has acquired MP Predictive Technologies, Inc. (MPPT), a NETA-accredited company based in Orlando, Florida. The deal strengthens RESA Power's presence in Florida, adding to its existing operations in Jacksonville and Plant City.

Founded in 2018, MPPT has built a strong reputation for delivering predictive maintenance, diagnostics, and asset management services. The acquisition will allow RESA Power to expand its field service capabilities and broaden its customer base in the region.

Mark Angus, Chief Growth Officer at RESA Power, highlighted the strategic fit, stating, "This partnership enables RESA to further leverage our combined resources in Florida to enhance our service capabilities."
