Yash Highvoltage Goes Public with Successful IPO
Yash Highvoltage Ltd., a manufacturer specializing in high-voltage and high-current transformer bushings, was successfully listed on the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) SME Segment on December 19, 2024. The IPO was subscribed 169.17 times and the shares of the company were listed at a premium of 90% over the issue price in the initial public offer.

Headquartered in Vadodara, Gujarat, India, Yash Highvoltage Ltd. is an ISO 9001-certified manufacturer specializing in transformer bushings for high-voltage applications up to 245 kV and high-current applications up to 25,000 A. The company produces a wide range of bushings, including Oil Impregnated Paper (OIP), Resin Impregnated Paper (RIP), Resin Impregnated Synthetic (RIS), and Oil-to-Oil bushings, with an annual production capacity of 7,000 units. Additionally, Yash Highvoltage offers repair, retrofitting, and testing services.
The listing represents an important step in Yash Highvoltage's expansion strategy, with plans to further enhance its manufacturing capabilities, including a new facility dedicated to RIP and RIS bushings.
