Wilson Power Solutions Acquires Leeds Industrial Facility
Wilson Power Solutions, a specialist in electrical transformer equipment, has acquired a 67,760 sq ft industrial facility in Leeds, expanding its property footprint in south Leeds.
The company purchased Network House on Middleton Grove, close to its existing base off Westland Square in Beeston, from Columbia Threadneedle Investments. The property was refurbished in 2023 and features a full solar roof and an EPC A+ rating.
The acquisition provides additional space for Wilson Power Solutions as it continues its activities in the manufacture of transformer equipment and other electrical infrastructure.
Iain McPhail, partner in Knight Frank’s industrial and logistics team, said: “This significant deal is a strong indication that the Yorkshire industrial property market remains resilient.”
He added that Network House’s refurbishment, headquarters-style offices and proximity to Leeds city centre and the motorway network made it an attractive property.
Knight Frank advised Columbia Threadneedle Investments on the sale, while GV&Co acted for Wilson Power Solutions.
The transaction highlights continued investment in industrial facilities supporting the power equipment and electrical infrastructure sectors.
