Established to provide vital financial assistance for repairing Ukraine's energy infrastructure damaged by Russian attacks, the Ukraine Energy Support Fund is a critical component of ensuring the resilience and functionality of the energy sector. Managed by the Energy Community Secretariat, the fund operates in close cooperation with the USAID-financed Energy Security Project and the Ministry of Energy of Ukraine, with support from various governments, international organizations, and corporate donors.
