Trench Group Signs Framework Agreement with VINCI Energies
Trench Group has signed its first global framework agreement with VINCI Energies, through its infrastructure brand Omexom Deutschland.
The agreement sets out a framework for cooperation on energy infrastructure and grid projects, replacing the need to arrange cooperation separately for each project.
The contract exchange took place at Trench Germany in Bamberg, home to the company’s instrument transformer factory and the site of a long-standing relationship between the two organizations.
The agreement was signed by Klaus Merklein, Chief Sales Officer at Trench Group, and Jürgen Selig, Head of Procurement at Omexom Germany.
Marco Richter and Christian Wuttich represented Trench Germany, while Bekir Tekin of Omexom Germany and Arun Sundar of Trench Group coordinated the agreement.
The framework brings the two companies’ cooperation on energy infrastructure projects under a single agreement, rather than handling it on a project-by-project basis.
