Transformers & Rectifiers Appoints Mukul Srivastava as CEO
Transformers and Rectifiers (India) announced the appointment of Mukul Srivastava as its new Chief Executive Officer, effective July 8, 2025.
Srivastava brings over 30 years of experience in executive leadership and profit & loss management across multiple product segments. He has worked extensively in the electrical equipment industry, particularly within the transformers and switchgear sectors. His technical and operational expertise includes power and distribution transformers, instrument transformers, condenser bushings, vacuum circuit breakers, ring main units, unitized substations, gas insulated switchgears, and numerical relays.
Prior to this role, Srivastava held senior positions at CG Power & Industrial Solutions.
Headquartered in Gujarat, Transformers and Rectifiers (India) manufactures a broad range of transformers and reactors for sectors including power generation, transmission and distribution, railways, renewables, and industrial infrastructure.
The company recently reported a 125% increase in consolidated net profit to approximately $11.3 million, alongside a 32% rise in operating revenue to about $81.5 million for the quarter ended March 2025, compared to the same period a year earlier.
Shares of the company closed 0.86% lower at around $5.80 on the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE).
