NEW YORK -- Last Thursday a transformer fire left more than 2,800 Con Edison customers in the Bronx without power.
The FDNY arrived at Eastchester and Gun Hill roads in Pelham Gardens around 8 p.m. and isolated the source.
No injuries were reported. Utility crews remain at the scene.
