TMC Transformers acquires HPS’ transformer business in Italy
Busto Arsizio, Italy - TMC Transformers, Italian manufacturer of low and medium transformers announced the acquisition of Hammond Power Solutions' transformer business branch in Marnate, Italy, formerly owned by Marnate Trasformatori.
With this acquisition TMC Transformers is aiming to consolidate its growth on the dry type transformer market, building its technical expertise and increasing its production capabilities.
