OSLO, NORWAY - Hafslund Nett, Norway's largest grid company, will be using a new Advanced Distribution Management System (ADMS) to monitor the operation of the regional power grid in Akershus, Oslo and Østfold.

The fully integrated grid operating center provided by Siemens will enable monitoring and control of the complete power grid covering all voltage levels, reports T&D World.

It will also allow easy integration of third-party IT/OT systems, such as customer information systems, workforce management or geographical information systems.

The project is expected to be operational at the beginning of 2022.
