GERMANY - Siemens Energy has delivered two 8 MVA OLTC transformers to K+S Aktiengesellschaft, a German chemical company and the world's largest salt producer.
The manufacturer completed the production and delivery of two 8 MVA OLTC transformers in November 2020.
Both liquid immersed transformers were designed and tested according to the new Eco Tier 2 guideline by the European Commission.
The transformers will further support K+S Aktiengesellschaft through mining and refining of natural minerals into essential products for agriculture, industry, communities, and consumers.
