Siemens completes Managing Board team as of October 1, 2020

Siemens AG is completing the future Managing Board team under the leadership of designated CEO Dr. Roland Busch, effective October 1, 2020.

Klaus Helmrich, the Managing Board member responsible for Digital Industries (DI), will retire upon expiration of his contract at the end of March 2021 after 35 years at the company.
Cedrik Neike, the Managing Board member currently responsible for Smart Infrastructure (SI), will succeed him as of October 1, 2020.
Matthias Rebellius, currently SI's Chief Operating Officer (COO), has been appointed to the Managing Board and will assume responsibility for this unit.
With these moves, Siemens is completing the future Managing Board team under the leadership of designated CEO Dr. Roland Busch, effective October 1, 2020. On that date, Busch and his entire Managing Board team will assume responsibility for the business activities of the future Siemens AG and for fiscal 2021.
Joe Kaeser will transfer his role as CEO to Roland Busch at the company's Annual Shareholders' Meeting in February 2021.
