PITTSBURG, CALIFORNIA and ARNAC-POMPADOUR, FRANCE - SICAME, a French company specialized in the production and sale of transmission & distribution electrical equipment and services completed the acquisition of Kortick Manufacturing.
Kortick produces and supplies electrical products and equipment for use in overhead and underground electrical networks, supplying customers on the West Coast including, Pacific Gas & Electric, Southern California Edison, and the Sacramento Utility District.
The company employs 75 people at its facility in Pittsburg, California.
The acquisition by SICAME is expected to help Kortick continue to grow, innovate, and expand its markets.
SICAME is based in Arnac-Pompadour, France, and it operates with 55 companies in 24 countries.
