RESA Power, a portfolio company of Blue Sea Capital, has announced the acquisition of Western Utilities Transformer Service.
Based in Visalia, CA, Western Utilities Transformer Service Inc. provides testing, assembly, repair, rewinding and oil processing services for utility substation and industrial transformers in the western region of the USA.
Monte Roach, CEO of RESA Power welcomed Western Utilities Transformer Services into the RESA family and expressed the belief that their expertise in testing, assembly, repair and rewinding will enhance RESA's existing transformer services capabilities and enable them to offer their customers comprehensive transformer servicing nationally.
