GERMANY - Maschinenfabrik Reinhausen GmbH (MR) has completed complete takeover of Italian companies CEDASPE Power S.r.L. and ETI Elettrindustria S.r.L., with effect from January 1, 2019.

With these acquisitions, MR has increased its product portfolio of components and accessories for distribution and power transformers, the company stated in a press release.

CEDASPE and ETI will be part of the MR business unit Components. Gianfranco Giorgi will continue to manage CEDASPE and he has been appointed as Managing Director of ETI.
