POLAND -- R&S Group's R&S ZREW has completed the production, transport on site and assembly of two transformers for SK hi-tech battery materials Poland, a producer of separators for lithium-ion batteries (LiBS).
The manufacturer has delivered two 80 MVA 115/21 kV units to DÄ...browa Górnicza in Poland, where the SK hi-tech battery factory is being built.
Separators for lithium-ion batteries (LiBS) produced in the DÄ...browa plant will be used in batteries for smartphones, laptops, tablets and electric cars.
SK hi-tech battery materials Poland is part of the SK Group, one of the largest companies in South Korea.
