Arnhem, NETHERLANDS - The realization of the expansion of 150-10kV Substation Almere is well underway.

Qirion, the dutch life cycle service provider and expert in energy networks, recently announced the start of the Almere Substation expansion project. According to Chris de Goey, Qirion's Project Manager the project has been 1.5 years in the making, with preparations including various external parties.

According to de Goey, the process of zoning, planning and acquiring all the necessary permits has not been easy, but through commitment, expertise, and close cooperation, the project implementation was able to commence on time.

According to the Project Manager for Liander, one of the project collaborators, Qirion will be installing three transformer boxes with two 150-20kV transformers in accordance with Modular Construction.
