PFIFFNER International acquires Swiss high-voltage test systems developer
HIRSCHTHAL, SWITZERLAND - PFIFFNER International AG, a solution supplier for customers in the sectors of electrical energy and rolling stock, announced the acquisition of HAEFELY TEST AG, member of the HUBBELL Group prior to the transaction.
HAEFELY is a Swiss high-voltage test systems and instrumentation producer and developer based in Basel, Switzerland, whose customers are electric utilities, industrial manufacturers of products for the electric energy sector and general industrial manufacturers.
HAEFELY will remain active on the market under the HAEFELY brand.
