Peruvian ISA acquires Etenorte and Eteselva

Interconexión Eléctrica (ISA) Peru completed the acquisition of two power transmission companies in Peru, Etenorte and Eteselva, from I Squared Capital, a US-based private equity firm.

Together, the two companies have more than 460 miles of 220 kV and 138 kV power transmission lines.
They are the wholly owned subsidiaries of Inkia Energy, a portfolio company of I Squared Capital's power generation and distribution facilities in nine countries across Latin America.
ISA, through its companies in Peru - Red de Energia del Peru, Consorcio Transmantaro, and ISA Peru - operates over 6,835 miles of transmission lines across 21 regions, serving more than 21 million Peruvians.
