GERMANY - Maschinenfabrik Reinhausen GmbH (MR) was recognized as Top Employer in 2022 by the Top Employers Institute.

This year, MR was recognized as Top Employer for the first time, the company said in a press release.

"Only those companies that offer outstanding working conditions are also attractive to the best applicants," said Daniel Schmidbaur, Director of Human Resources. "The Top Employer certificate is confirmation that we are on the right track and at the same time an incentive for us to continue in this direction with all our might."

The award is the result of a survey by the independent Top Employers Institute, the world's leading provider of certification for outstanding employee conditions. The certification maps a total of six overarching HR dimensions and 20 HR areas, including HR strategy, work environment, talent acquisition, training & development, well-being and diversity & inclusion. These were surveyed in a questionnaire with nearly 300 items, then reviewed and audited.

A total of 1691 companies in 123 countries were recognized as Top Employers this year. These companies place their employees at the center of their corporate activities and offer an outstanding working and development environment.
