SPAIN - Končar Power Transformers Ltd. - A Joint Venture of Siemens Energy and Končar, has delivered the fifth in a series of nine autotransformers to Iberdrola Distribución (i-DE).

The Croatian manufacturer has delivered another in a series of nine 225 MVA, 245 kV autotransformers to the customer Iberdrola Distribución (i-DE) in Spain.

The units are part of the Iberdrola Investment plan involving the replacement of existing units across the country network, the manufacturer said in a media release. The goal of the upgrade project is to improve service for customers and enable the energy transition.

With the delivery completed, KPT continues the successful cooperation with Iberdrola, contributing to the energy transition in Spain.
