Abu Dhabi, UAE - The unit was transported by rail from Zagreb to Bratislava, loaded onto a barge, transported to Rotterdam and loaded onto a transport vessel.

Koncar Power Transformers Ltd. has announced that this is the heaviest unit ever produced by them. A Joint Venture of Siemens Energy and Koncar reached Abu Dhabi on the 20^th of November. With a total gross weight of 522 tons (1,150,813 pounds) and a transport weight of 314 tons (692,252 pounds), it was a technical and logistical challenge.
