KONČAR has signed a Share Purchase Agreement to acquire a 75% ownership stake in HELB Ltd., an engineering company based in Božjakovina, Croatia, specializing in the design, production, construction, management, and maintenance of electric power plants. The agreement, signed on February 10, 2025, is aimed at expanding KONČAR's resources and competencies, enhancing system flexibility, and broadening its product and service portfolio in the power engineering sector.

The Sale and Purchase Agreement outlines various terms and legal actions necessary for the completion of the transaction, including obtaining required concentration approvals in compliance with relevant legislation. This strategic move aligns with KONÄŒAR's objective to strengthen its position in the electric power industry.
