IMEFY, a manufacturer of transformer technology, has signed a strategic agreement with RST Net ehf, an Icelandic company specialized in electrical and mechanical services. The collaboration aims to strengthen IMEFY's presence in the Icelandic market through improved technical support and maintenance for oil transformers.

Founded in 1998, RST Net is based in Hafnarfjörður, Iceland, and employs around 30 specialists. The company offers services including electrical equipment design and installation, condition assessments, preventive maintenance, and custom manufacturing for power and industrial applications. RST Net is also a local distributor for established brands such as Maschinenfabrik Reinhausen, CUBIC, BAUR, and Messko.

Under the agreement, IMEFY will combine its transformer technology with RST Net's on-the-ground expertise, ensuring rapid response times and high reliability for customers. The alliance is positioned to deliver tailored service packages that emphasize operational safety and long-term equipment performance.

The deal aligns with IMEFY's strategic goals of expanding its footprint in Northern Europe and providing localized, high-quality support to its clients in the energy sector.
