IMEFY, a global transformer manufacturer, has inaugurated a new factory in China named IMEFY TRANSFORMERS (JIANGSU) CO., LTD, established in collaboration with Jiangsu Yangdian Science & Technology, a company listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange.

Under the joint venture, IMEFY holds a 49% stake while Jiangsu Yangdian controls 51%. The factory aims to reach an annual production capacity of 10,000 oil transformers and a similar volume of oil transformer cores within five and a half years. These products will primarily serve international markets, especially in Africa and the Middle East.

In this alliance, Jiangsu Yangdian provides the factory facilities, key components, and facilitates raw material access in China. IMEFY Spain contributes intellectual property, transformer design, and quality control, alongside responsibility for after-sales service in target markets.

This partnership reinforces IMEFY's global footprint and its commitment to innovation and quality in the transformer manufacturing sector.
