GE Vernova T&D India to Supply Transformers Under $60 Million Deal

GE Vernova T&D India has secured orders worth $60 million from Power Grid Corporation of India to supply and install transformers and reactors as part of a bulk procurement initiative. GE Vernova T&D India announced this through a regulatory filing, stating that the projects are expected to be completed within 36 months.

 

The contracts include the supply of 765kV-class transformers and reactors in various capacities. These components are crucial for enhancing the efficiency and reliability of India's power transmission network.
