Accident, Maryland -- The transaction is planned to be completed approximately two weeks after certain notices have been fulfilled.

 

Phenix Technologies, Inc, the manufacturer of high voltage, high current, and high power test systems and components have announced that they have reached an agreement with Doble about Doble's acquisiton of Phenix's assets. According to Phenix, both companies share a similar vision and have common values, especially those related to customer service and   product quality levels.

After the acquisition is completed Phenix would operate as a division of Doble from its existing facility in Accident, Maryland and their employees would remain in their existing roles and positions.

"We will continue to work with our industry partners to develop and build upon the fine products and services Doble and Phenix have created to-date. This is an exciting time for our organization and we look forward to continuing to work with you now and into the future," Phenix said in their official announcement.
