VIRGINIA -- Delta Star has announced a new strategic partnership agreement with Cargill to execute retro-fills for Cargill's natural ester and synthetic ester fluids for customers in Western United States.

In addition to field service capabilities currently provided by Delta Star, the new agreement designates the company as a Service Center for the Western United States. Customers in the region will be able to receive Cargill's natural ester and synthetic ester fluids through Delta Star Field Service or with the purchase of a new power transformer, the company said in a press release.

"Our service division has extensive technical experience and understanding in the processes, procedures, and the care it takes to successfully complete retro-fills on power transformers," said Vince Lindholm, Field Service General Manager. "We look forward to the opportunity to serve a broader audience through this partnership and to provide our customers with the required expertise and support."

Over the last 11 years, Delta Star has invested heavily in their Field Service Business Unit.
