DAELIM BELEFIC Group has appointed Matthew Rice as Chief Executive Officer of USA DAELIM Transformer, effective March 9, 2026. Based in the United States, he will lead the company’s U.S. operations and oversee efforts to meet growing demand for reliable power infrastructure in North America.
With more than 30 years of experience in the electrical power and energy sectors, Matthew Rice previously served as Senior Vice President of the Power Systems Business Unit at RESA Power, where he improved margins, optimized multi-site operations, and delivered measurable cost reductions. He also held senior leadership positions at Schneider Electric, managing complex power infrastructure projects and large engineering teams across multiple regions.
Dong Bin, Founder and CEO of DAELIM BELEFIC Group, said the appointment reflects the company’s ambition to strengthen its North American presence. “His deep industry expertise, strategic mindset, and operational rigor make him the ideal leader to deliver innovative, reliable solutions to our customers,” he added.
