Camlin Group, a UK-based technology and manufacturing company focused on electrical infrastructure, has announced the integration of Kelvatek, its UK and Ireland energy business, into its core energy division, Camlin Energy. The move consolidates hardware, software, and consulting services under one brand, aimed at supporting utilities in managing grid performance and accelerating energy transition.

The company also reported its financial results for the year ending 31st December 2024, with revenues up 14% to £88.2 million ($117.7 million) and improved profitability. Growth was driven by performance in Europe and North America, and ongoing investment in digital technologies and operational capacity.

According to Peter Cunningham, CEO of Camlin Group, the integration strengthens the company's position as grid challenges become more complex. "The integration of Kelvatek into Camlin Energy creates a stronger, unified offering for customers," he said.

Camlin forecasts revenues of approximately £100 million ($133 million) in FY2025, with continued international expansion planned across North America, the UK, Europe, and the Middle East. The rollout of low and high voltage sensor technologies, alongside the company's Sapient platform, is expected to be a key growth driver.

The group has also expanded operations in Atlanta, Coventry, Lyon, and Belgrade, with new locations in the Middle East and Australia. Further expansion is planned for early 2026.
