Bowers Electricals Ltd has recently dispatched two new 1250kVA, 11000/415V ONAN distribution transformers from its factory, destined for Teesside International Airport. The transformers, integral to ensuring reliable power supply at the airport, were supplied as part of a project managed by Jones & Father High Voltage Electrical Engineers Ltd and Powercare.

Each transformer is housed in a stainless-steel bund designed to provide long-term protection and environmental safety. Alongside the transformers, free-issue low-voltage (LV) cabinets were supplied to enable seamless integration with the airport's existing electrical infrastructure.
