Bolivia's National Electricity Company (ENDE) and ELETROBRAS of Brazil will sign the contract on the preliminary technical studies and a planning study for the electricity interconnection project between the two countries, as announced by the President of ENDE, Joaquín Rodríguez.


The signing of the contract will take place this coming March 15 of this year in Sao Paulo - Brazil, with the participation of senior executives of both electric companies, reports BN Americas.

The preliminary studies will identify the technical and configuration characteristics of the transmission facilities required for the interconnection.
