Abengoa wins transmission contract in Brazil

SANTA CATARINA, BRAZIL - Abengoa has been awarded two power transmission projects in the state of Santa Catarina by the company Camargo Corrêa Infra.



The projects includes works on the new 94-mile, 500 kV Biguaçu-Siderópolis 2 transmission line, and the new 17-mile, 230 kV transmission line connecting Siderópolis 2 and Forquilinhas.

The works are related to lot 21 of the Brazilian National Electric Energy Agency (ANEEL) tender: 005/2016.
