PERU - Abengoa has obtained the Mechanical Completion Certificate for the 220-kV transmission line built for the Mina Justa project, one of the most important projects in the Peruvian mining sector in recent years.

Within the project, Abengoa engineered, constructed and commissioned the 8.6-mile transmission line, completed the new 220 kV Mina Justa substation and expanded the 220 kV Poroma substation.

The transmission line will allow the supply of electricity to the Mina Justa project, which is located south of Lima (Ica Region).
